aztec witch lapse. done with sharpies and MAC makeup. SHARPIES ARE NON-TOXIC, fyi. they can't poison you - unless you try really, really hard.

fullview is pretty big, but worth it for the detail.

photography by ~Ellusive, model was jenna pozar, i did... well, everything you see me do in the video.

probably gonna do a bunch more of these this summer.

edit: yes, that's an actual leopard skin. i borrowed it from my dad - he picked it up while he was a teenager living in kenya in the 70s, and agreed to let us use it or the shoot. (usually it just hangs on his office wall, so it's kind of cool that it actually got used for something.)

You do have an amazing skill with the medium. I am curious about one thing, not to be personal more professional curiosity. I notice you generally cover the breasts, though with all the painting, one would hardly be aware of the body other than as a most elegant canvas.

Everyone has the right to their own creative decisions. :) I do feel that perhaps the break of the leather strip interrupts the flow of your work, which is most excellent.

i'd have been just fine with nipples - the model wanted them covered, though, because she didn't feel comfortable putting her naked breasts up on the internet. i can totally understand that, so we just whipped up something we felt would blend into the overall character we were trying to convey through her.
